Georgia options for self-employed people

Georgia runs its own marketplace, Georgia Access, and didn't expand Medicaid — so there's a real coverage gap below the subsidy line and a crowded, HMO-heavy market above it. Georgia has no state individual mandate. Private PPO plans on the Cigna, Aetna and PHCS PPO networks are available to healthy applicants in Georgia; marketplace plans through Georgia Access are available to everyone during open enrollment.
